Jalapeno Popper Burgers

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces cream cheese , softened
1 -2 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper , seeded,to taste




Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. 
Shape the mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 4 inches in diameter.
Mix the cream cheese, ancho chili powder, cumin, dried onion, and minced jalapeno.
Top 6 patties with the cheese mixture, spreading it to within 1/2-inch of the edge (if the mixture is difficult to spread, try heating in the microwave for about 15 seconds).
Cover each patty with one of the remaining 6 patties, sealing the edges well.
Broil or grill the patties (4 inches from the heat), turning only once if possible, until preferred doneness and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Low-carb serving: top with a bit of grated cheddar, guacamole, and enjoy!
High-carb serving: eat with a bun and other condiments.

Kittencal's Juicy Hamburger

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 egg , slightly beaten
    0.5 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
    (can use the whole package if desired)
    2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
    (or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
    1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
    (or crushed soda cracker crumbs, more if needed) (optional)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 -2 tablespoon Frank's red hot sauce
    (or 1-2 teaspoons crushed chili flakes, or can adjust to heat level)  (optional)



In a dish fall apart the earth various meats with fresh arms.

Add in the dry broth mix, egg, beans, breadcrumbs or smashed soft drinks party cracker food crumbs, Worcestershire marinade, spice up and hot marinade (if using).

Using fresh arms mix until mixed, add in more breadcrumbs or party cracker food crumbs if needed to just hold the combination together (do not overwork the various meats or it will be tough).

Divide the earth various meats into 6 equivalent patties (or create 8 little patties).

Using your huge kids finger or the back of a little place create a short hole into the center of each patty (about 1-inch wide).

Place the patties onto a huge menu or a little dessert sheet; cover with plastic place and chill for a minimum of 6 time or up to 24 time to combination tastes.

Grill or pan fry the hamburgers as preferred until prepared through (if preferred spread a bit of professional sodium on top while cooking the patties).

Serve hamburgers in carried out buttocks with choice of condiments.
