Apple Milk Drink

Ingredients:  

  •    2 red apples
  •     2 tablespoons sugar
  •     2 teaspoons rose water or 2 teaspoons orange flower water
  •     2 cups cold milk
  •     ice (optional)



Directions:


  •     Peel and cube the apples.
  •     Place in the blender with sugar, rose water and milk.
  •     Whirl at high speed 15 seconds.
  •     Serve, with ice if desired, in small glasses and enjoy this recipe.



Patriotic Drink

Ingredients:

  •     3 ounces cranberry juice or 3 ounces fruit punch
  •     3 ounces Gatorade sports drink (blue)
  •     3 ounces sugar free 7-Up or 3 ounces Sprite
  •     ice cube , fill glass to the top with cubes









Directions:

  • Place the ice in the end 3rd of a high 12 ounces clear glass. Put the cranberry extract juice or fruit impact in to fill the end 3rd.
  • Location a few more ice in to the center and put in the pink Gatorade to load the cup 2/3 complete.
  • Place the final 3rd of ice in the glass. Pour in the diet 7up or diet Sprite.
  • Serve and enjoy this juice recipe.


Strawberry Adult Drink

    100 ml vodka
    100 ml lime juice
    120 ml strawberry puree
    ice cube

Steak or Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

The Meat

1 1/2 lbs flank steaks or 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts

The Marinade

1/2 teaspoon oregano
5 teaspoons mccormicks fajita seasoning mix (in the packet)
1 seeded chopped habanero pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar (red wine vinegar for beef fajitas or white wine vinegar for chicken fajitas)


The Peppers and Onions

1 large yellow sweet onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper




Toppings:

guacamole (optional)
salsa (optional)
tomato (optional)
cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)


Directions:

  1. Mix all gravy substances and put over the animal meat (you can put it all in a huge zip-lock).
  2. Marinate at least two a long time or instantaneously.
  3. Grill meat until baked through.
  4. Slice meat into strips.
  5. Warm the 1/4 cup of essential olive oil in a saute pan on the range and start sauteeing the vegetables over moderate temperature.
  6. Cook until soft.
  7. Add the fills and continue to make until fills are smooth and vegetables are starting to darkish and sharp.
  8. Provide on Flour Tortillas, add animal meat then peppers& onions& any of the optionally available toppings.



Fantastic Feta Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons lemon juice , divided
  2. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
  3. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves , crushed
  4. 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  5. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Organize hen in 13X9-inch preparing your receipee dish.
  2. Snow with 1 tbsp of the fruit juice.
  3. Drop with oregano and spice up.
  4. Top with cheese; snow with other 1 tbsp fruit juice.
  5. Make at 350°F for 30 to 35 mins or until baked through.

Marinated Grilled Chicken With White Wine

Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons Italian parsley , finely chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh oregano , chopped
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 lemon, juice and zest of
    2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
    1 tablespoon black olives , finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 )




Yogurt and Garlic Sauce:

    1 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley , finely chopped
    1 garlic clove , finely chopped
    salt and pepper



 Directions:

In a cup food not too deep, mix all substances, except the hen chests and natural and beans marinade. Add hen chests and change to cover well. Cover the food with a plastic-type material place and let marinate in the chiller for 2 hours. 

   Set the barbecue to medium-high warm. Put hen chests on a greased barbecue grill (keep the marinade), close the cover of barbecue and make for about 7 mins (baste the hen chests with the gravy a few times). Change the hen chests and keep baking for about 5 mins or until the hen is wonderful and not lilac inside. Provide with natural and beans marinade.

  Yogurt and Garlic Sauce : In a serving, mix natural with nasty cream, parsley, beans. Add spice up and sea. Cover and put in chiller for at least 4 hours.

Tikka Masala - Vegan Style

Ingredients:

   Marinade :

    1 cup soy yogurt
    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
    6 bamboo skewers
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground red pepper
    2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 vegan chicken , scallopini breasts by Gardein (available at most Whole Foods stores)

 Sauce:

   1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 cup coconut milk (can substitute lite)
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
    1 tablespoon Earth Balance margarine
    2 garlic cloves , minced
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

 - Chop 'chicken' into 1" cubes. Mix all marinade ingredients together and add the cubed Gardein chicken. Marinate for about 1 hour.

 - Soak bamboo skewers in warm water while preparing sauce.

 - For sauce, melt 'butter' on medium heat until melted.
 - Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 - Stir in coriander, cumin, paprika, garam masala and salt.
 - Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
 - Add peas and stir in coconut milk. Simmer on low heat (stirring often) while preparing the Gardein chicken.
 - Thread Gardein chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.
 - Broil Gardein chicken, turning occasionally, to cook through for about 8-10 minutes.
 - Remove Gardein chicken from skewers and add to sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with Basmati or Jasmine rice.

White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

       1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , cut into 1/2 inch cubes 
      1 medium onion 
      1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  
      1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
      2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans great northern beans , rinsed and drained 
      1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth 
      1 teaspoon salt 
      1 teaspoon oregano 
 
      1/2 teaspoon pepper 
      1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
      1 cup sour cream 
      1/2 cup whipping cream
  
      2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies


 

Directions:

    In large saucepan, saute chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil till chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, chilies and seasonings and chicken broth.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream.Serve immediately.

Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients:

  •     2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  •     1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
  •     1 garlic clove, crushed
  •     1/4 teaspoon ginger
  •     3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  •     1/4 cup apple juice
  •     1/3 cup light brown sugar
  •     2 tablespoons ketchup
  •     1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  •     1/2 cup water
  •     1/3 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1.     Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2.     Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  3.     Remove chicken.
  4.     Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until    well mixed and dissolved.
  5.     Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
  6.     Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7.     Serve over hot rice and ENJOY.
