cheese potato soup



Total Time: 1 hour

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 45 mins





Ingredients:



4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , cut into chunks





Directions:



Incorporate soup, apples, red onion, and herbs.

Boil on moderate warm until apples are soft.

Smash a few of the apples to release their starchy foods for thickening.

Reduce to low warm.

Add cream mozzarella dairy product.

Heat, mixing frequently, until mozzarella dairy product touches.
