The Italian Soup




Total Time: 25 mins

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins






Ingredients:

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 egg , slightly beaten
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
5 3/4 cups chicken broth
2 cups chopped escarole or 2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup orzo pasta , uncooked
1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
grated parmesan cheese






Directions:

In method dish incorporate, meats, egg,bread food crumbs, dairy products, basil& red onion powder; appearance into 3/4" paintballs.

In large marinade pan, warm soup to boiling; awaken in oatmeal, orzo, carrot& meatballs.

Return to boil;reduce warm to method.

Cook at slowly come for 10 moments or until orzo is soft.

Stir frequently to prevent staying.

Serve with additional Parmesan mozzarella dairy product spread on top.
